Rhythmic Step = great idea

The daily deal gave me a great idea. I haven't done Rhythmic Step in ages. I'm feeling a bit under the weather--not so much so that I can't work out, but not really wanting to go too hard and push myself over the edge. I've got STS Disk 9 legs tomorrow. RS will be perfect. It's so much fun! Yippee--now I'm actually excited to work out today.:D

BTW, if you don't have Rhythmic Step, I highly recommend it (if you like step). Yes, the choreography is more complicated, but if I can learn it, anyone can.:p The original Imax is a great workout. Maximum Intensity Cardio is very dated, but the Hi/Lo portion is (in my opinion) Cathe's most challenging Hi/Lo. The step portion isn't my favorite, but others like it.
 
I was just discussing RS with another Cathlete in a check in thread I post in! Fun work out for sure! I must do it soon now too! :D
