Does anyone recall which DVD has the rhythymic L shown/taught for the first time? Thanks!

I could be mistaken, but I think it is in the warm up of Imax 1....

I just did Rhythmic Step last night and it's in the first step section.

It is in Rhytmic step and I think it is in one of the segements of Cardio & weights.

It is in several workouts, but the FIRST time it appears is in the warm up in Imax 1, which answers the question posted.
