Hi Rhonda,

I did not forget about you.

Here is a suggestion to incorporate freestyle.

Mon: L&G and short cardio (run/walk)
Tues: Cardio Kicks
Wed: PLB
Thurs: PS L&A floor work and cardio
Friday: KPC and L&G premix (I like the 82 min one)
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: rest

Where I have cardio you can continue to do the HIIT or whatever you are in the mood for.

Thanks Beverly. Sounds great. I appreciate you taking the time to do this. Also, I will be getting the hardcore series but I think I can figure out where I can swap such as cardio kicks I could do Kick Max, PLB with Gym style, etc.

I forgot to add that you want to tack abs onto the PLB day, Cardio Kicks and if you do the KPC/L&G premix one with abs would be good. You want to try and get an upper body workout in too. It is hard to get it all in if there are time constraints. Try for at least 1 good upper body a week. Or you can do a total body workout if you have one to replace PLB or L&G.
