Cathe's latest fat burning circuit workout is up tempo and moves at a slightly faster pace than her previous low impact workouts. What's new is that the warm up is concise, compact and not belabored. The fun begins almost immediately. I especially like the new core stretches that are incorporated in the warm up.
Masterfully as always Cathe has sharpened the "fusing" of her choreography, again, compacting and reducing the repetitive learning process and getting to the meat of the fat burning moves. Using her signature "long lever moves" and lots of effective compound cardio/weight movements this is a sure calorie burning routine. As Cathe says it best "the cardio never stops". (Who is that cool guy counting down in segment #3?)
After all these years Cathe is still teaching me pointers about form and how to hit those muscle groups hard.

Cathe certainly delivers with this intense, focused and highly challenging workout. As the ancient Romans would say: Buttocks DOMSamax! Unlike any of her previous weight focused workouts, I actually felt the burning, quivering pre-DOMS during the workout signaling some serious soreness to follow. The results of the workout can be felt clearly in the glutes! Fun music and inspiring as always, Cathe and her crew look amazing. You don't want to pass this one by.
(My husband has this familiar smile on his face watching you introduce you "amazing" crew. I'm so much more at peace now that my "new Cathe's" are here!)
