Reviews for postnatal ab workouts?

Hi Mommies! I haven't been able to check in like I wanted to because I found I either had time to workout or time to check-in. Not both. :)

My question is has anyone had success with either Lose your Mummy Tummy or the befit.com video Bounce back Fast? I still have a diastasis recti. I thought I could just do exercises on my own but I've found I don't follow through very well.

So anyone have an experience to share with either program. Do I need both the book and the video or one of the other?

I've been looking at the book Exercise After Pregnancy, which goes with the Bounce Back Fast! DVD. I should probably get the DVD, as it would be more practical than the book. (But I don't have Paypal! I live in the Dark Ages, I guess LOL.)
