REVIEW OF SHOULDERS AND ARMS (P90X)

Another review after doing it the first time. Remember I will post my final review of each one after the 90 day rotation.


I LOVED this one :)

Difficulty: 10 - I think you can really push yourself on this one because the time segments are perfect for accomplishing 12-16 reps, which is what I am doing. I was able to find the correct weight on the second round, which I really like because if its not quite heavy enough on the first round, you just bump up the second round.

Variety - I like the variety of this dvd. The exercises were fun, and tough. I am going to try using bands for the first round next time and then weights - just to get a different burn. I LOVE the way bands burn my muscles. they just get super tight...

Movements: They were simple - no complex equipment needed. The end one arm triceps on the ground were fantastic :) That did my triceps in for sure :)

I know that if I would have attempted this workout two years ago without doing Cathe's weight dvds - I woudln't have made it past the first round. .
 
I also love this workout. My arms always feel like they are getting tighter after completing this one.
