This one is my favorite or second favorite of the five dvds!!!!
Positives:
Efficient, quick, effective, got my heart rate going, great conditioning exercises, 40 mins long, the instructor is very motivating in this one and I definitely prefer HIM as the instructor over anyone else in the dvd series
Negatives:
None
I will plan on including this in my weekly rotations for a VERY long time! I felt that it blends good solid conditioning and strengthening and endurance all into one solid workout. Lots of pushups, planks, burpees, dips, abwork,
As usual the burpees kicked my booty and the intro TWO minute hold on the wall squat left my legs shaking -
I loved that I didn't use weights at all but utilized my body weight.
I feel this dvd in particular will be an excellent excellent conditioning dvd to put into a weight lifting rotation as it blends alot of core conditioning and works endurance and everything without using weights........I will use this dvd weekly for quite some time to see if I can improve how many burpees I can do, how many pushups I can do, how many dips I can do, ect....how long I can hold the wall squat in a deeper stance, ect......
Difficulty Level: 10 ( as hard as you push it - you could slack off and only do one or two burpees and call it good, but shoot for fifteen)
Fun Facto: 10 - it flew by
Instructor: 10 - he is really at his best in this dvd
Quality - 8 ( the camera angles could be better and the people in the dvd look crowded )otherwise its fine
