Reverse Pyramids

I read about these on www.bodybuilding.com. I tried doing the Pyramid down off of the Pyramids for upper body and was able to up my first set as opposed to going up and down the pyramid. It felt like a really good workout. Has anyone else done this?

This is how I usually do Pyramids. I find I can lift more and get more benefit out of lifting this way. Works for me!

I've done just up, just down, & up & down. I think each way has its benefits. Besides, as they say, variety is key.

When I was doing one body part a day I just did the up...it was fun when Cathe said things like OMG we STILL have 2 sets left, and I would say "not me!!" hee hee
