I just took the test tonight and it was POSITIVE!! DH and I are so happy. This is our first although we've been trying for five months it has seemed like forever. In general, I exercise 5-6 times per week - usually all Cathe, and I have the entire Cathe DVD collection. The thing is, I've had a lot going on the past two weeks and haven't been able to exercise at all. I know that it is generally okay to maintain your current level of exercise when pregnant, but do you think it makes a difference that I've taken two weeks off? Any advice would be appreciated.
