Results w/CTX?

DH got me CTX for Christmas!! (I was upset because none of the gifts under the tree were the size of a 6-tape set... and when I opened the smallest package I discovered it was the set on DVF! He did that to trick me!!) I am so excited!

I was wanting to do a CTX rotation for the next month, doing 1 workout each day and taking the 7th day off. I know I can get a very good aerobic workout from them (I previewed 10-10-10 and Kickbox this morning), but how much muscle development will I get from working each muscle once a week? Biceps one day, triceps another day, chest on another... will I be able to develop good muscle mass doing this? I've heard that some fitness competitors concentrate on one muscle group per workout session, but they also work out a lot longer than I would.

What kind of results have people gotten with this kind of rotation?
 
I've been working out for over a decade now. But I'd swear that my arms look more defined after doing CTX and my legs--quads especially- are certainly harder after doing leaner legs.

ALthough, I should probably mention that on occasion I would rewind ctx and do the muscle twice. Sometimes I would also do the muscle group in ctx and then do the same muscle in MIS.

But generally, I think once a week is enough for a muscle if you really concentrate and give it 100%.
