RESULTS Question

This question is for those of you who were within 10 lbs of your goal weight (as we know the lost few lbs are often hardest to lose)......

How much success/results can I realistically expect to get in 3 months wih regards to arm definition/fat loss??

For those with great progress can you share your rotation/eating plan and how it differed from what you were doing before.

I've done BFL within 10 lbs of my goal weight. Both time (I strayed after getting there :( ) I lost 2" in my waist, hips and abdomen by week 8. I think I lost another 1/2" by the end of the 12 weeks. I think as far as weight loss I was down 5 lbs but I was more concerned with inches vs. lbs.
