I decided to do the November Low Impact Series this month. I just finished the February Lower Body rotation and was very pleased with the results. I have experienced some lower body slimming from doing LIS intermittently, so I thought it would be a good rotation to keep working on the gains I got last month.
I would love to hear from those who did the November LIS rotations about your results and gains, fitness-wise or weight-wise, if you'd like to share. I could use the motivation to get pumped up for this.
After not doing Afterburn much in the last month or two, that workout kicked my butt today!
