I am relatively new to Cathe and began her gung ho. Boy do I love her workouts but they take it all out of you. I was traveling this past week w/ my son (tiring in itself) but I need a few more days to recoup. I found myself today thinking what I could do exercise wise and nothing appealed to me. I just feel a bit fatigued. I think I will pick back up Monday. I'm guessing this is my body's way of saying "let me rest" - and you know what? I don't feel a bit guilty for once. Ahhhh...now where did I leave my chocolate?
