I know many of us feel "off" when we take rest days. I feel totally unproductive when I don't get in SOME kind of workout - even yoga, or walking, or something very low intensity. Yesterday was a crazy day for me, but in the end I got a lot done - laundry all done, floors scrubbed, groceries bought, grass mowed (I have an acre and a half), and the house generally put together for our picnic today. Yet when I crawled into bed last night I said to DH - "what a waste of a day - I didn't get anything done". :-( Now I KNOW I DID get those things done, but because I didn't get in that workout, I felt less productive. Can you imagine not working out? It'd make me crazy! Have a great holiday weekend all!!
