Resistance band rear delt flies

OK - how do you do 'em? They're in this month's rotation. I have a band. I have a booklet that comes with the band. That exercise is not illustrated.
 
Put one or both feet in the middle of the band (you should be standing :))

Wrap each end in your hands

Bend over to 45 degrees or table top position

Outside of the hand should face the ceiling (pinky side up)

Arms straight with a slight elbow bend

Now squeeze the rear delts while lifting the arms

Feel the burn! }(
