I think I posted before about foam roller express core workout. Still would like to see that, but I
thought of another - Balance disc standing/floor core express workout… the STS 2 ab workouts with weight plates are favorites of many, I think, and so many of those standing, floor exercises could be done holding a balance disc, side bends, twists, chops, circumference circles, etc and some of the ones in LMR, like seated elbow to knee, boat pose, etc. I just think it would be a fun twist with the disc on workouts we already love, and another way to incorporate the discs without standing on them. I am sure it would be added to my CatheLive download collection. :):)e

ETA: I practiced most all the standing core moves with the balance disc instead of a
weight plate, and they worked great! It was fun, a different fun.....some of the floor
moves work well too. It's not like you're using nothing, because the balance disc has
a little bit of weight to it. I have trouble sometimes with holding things, but I didn't have
any problem with the disc. Just a fun change of pace.
