Are there any guidelines on the number of reps done on muscles (i.e. calf muscles)? By the way this reps are done with weights.

Hi Linda! There are no offical guidelines stating that you have to do "x" amount of reps or "x" amount of sets per muscle group. A common rep/set combo is 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps per muscle group. But this is not set in stone. Hope this helps!
