Renee you replied to my message the other day and suggested I put Cathe on for the boys sleeping in my basement. I thought I'd share with you that I took your advice and when I deemed they had slept long enough I suggested they clear out because I was going to exercise. I then went to get changed but I heard what happened.
In cocky teenage boy fashion they decided to pop in the vid seemingly to make fun of old ladies exercising. Then a couple of them decided to try the pushup segment. LOL. I heard groaning and grunting and "GEEZ! NOT AGAIN!" "What's she doing? She's still at it." Then they rewound it and they all tried it! It ended with "Your mom does this stuff?" When I returned to the room I was faced with several very respectful boys - they don't need to know I can't do it either! HEE HEE! LOL!
