OK, just to keep things straight, (and I could be wrong ) the 4 remaining clips that haven't been shown in emails & are the 4 remaining "bonus" workouts:

Upper Body Balance Disc bonus 20:47
Anytime Mobility Bonus 16:37
Restorative Yoga Bonus 22:43
Low Impact Cardio Bonus 13:51

I'm just trying to keep myself straight......and sometimes that's not an easy task!

I hope the next time down the road when new dvds are released, that they will go back
to the old way of putting the video clips here on the forum instead of in emails....I know
I tend to look at the title of emails and if it doesn't say anything about a clip, etc and
instead says things like coupon savings, etc. I might just delete it without opening it up
and miss the clip down in the email.............and then I always delete and in turn, can't
go back to viewing............
