If I burn the same amount of calories doing 1 hour of Imax 2 as I do with 1 hour of Rhythmic Step, what is the benefit of adding HIIT to my rotation?
It seem like no matter what workout I'm doing, whether it's HIIT, steady state or circuit, I burn the same amount of calories in the same amount of time.
Any input would be appreciated!!
