I hope someone can help me with this. I have read all the threads about stability balls but I still have some questions:
1. I'm about 6 feet and 1 inch tall, so according to most height/size suggestion tables I should either get the middle (65 cm) or the large ball (75 cm). What would you advice me: the medium or the large one? I will only be using the ball for cathe's workouts.
2. As I live in Holland, my selection of brands is limited. I can quite easily get the Reebok stability ball, but is it good? Does anyone have experiences with it?
