LAST EDITED ON Dec-09-02 AT 03:09AM (Est)[p]hey everyone:) Just wondering if any of you have ever done the Reebok Core Board classes and if so what you think of them? Do they get your heart rate up? Are they worth the time?

They offer them a couple times a week at my gym and I am thinking that might be something different to try and might get me to the gym at least 1 more day a week?

I carry most of my extra weight in the mid-section, butt and thighs. My hubby was saying he thought it might be good for my chub around the middle!

Any opinions will be greatly appreciated. I think they have a class on Tuesday nights that I might try this week:)

The classes I tried at my gym would not be considered an aerobic workout. So I wouldn't go for a cardio workout.

To do it you have to have really good balance.

I really didn't like it but you might go one time just to check it out.

Hello Pammer. I teach a Sports Core class at my gym and I do both aerobic drills and strengthening/core exercises at the end. Wouldn't hurt to see the instructor and find out what her class has. It seems to be one of those things that some folks love and some not so much. Hope this helps you.
