Just wondering if any of you have ever done the Reebok Core Board classes and if so what you think of them? Do they get your heart rate up? Are they worth the time?
They offer them a couple times a week at my gym and I am thinking that might be something different to try and might get me to the gym at least 1 more day a week?
I carry most of my extra weight in the mid-section, butt and thighs. My hubby was saying he thought it might be good for my chub around the middle!
Any opinions will be greatly appreciated. I think they have a class on Tuesday nights that I might try this week
