Rediscovering older Cathe DVDs while waiting for new series

While waiting for the new low impact series, I thought I'd rediscover some of my Cathe collection to get through until the new ones arrive.

I originally didn't care much for the 4-Day Split DVDs, but after doing them this week, I began to really like them. I also went way back to Maximum Intensity Cardio and even Power Max.

Has anyone else "rediscovered" any while in this waiting period?
 
I don't think I will ever stop doing all the Cathe's I have. Yesterday I did Muscle Max and the day before Butts & Guts and I still love doing them. Tomorrow is Slow & Heavy!
 
Funny, I just did Muscle Max on Friday too, I love that workout, that was one I rediscovered not too long ago. I ALMOST pulled out 4DS today, but opted for a different direction in today's workout, I really liked those weight workouts, but I was not sure if there was a full body premix. There are a few I really want to try revisit like Drill Max and I have not done KPC in ages.

I have been reading a lot lately about Slow and Heavy, I think that may be the only Cathe weight workout I don't have yet.

YESSS! That's how I feel exactly. Slow and Heavy is such a classic, I love the music in that series too. Dela...you have to get that one. The title is right on too, its s.l.o.w. and heavy, so you need the time to do it. Although what I do, and this is just my restless self, I have my rebounder next to my weight bench and between the sets, which is a minute rest, I jump and zone out. Want to have a really long workout, do the entire dvd of Slow and Heavy...all of it, whoaaa!
 
I am on my rest week for sts and have been focussing on cardio..last night i dug out LOW MAX...what a fun workout! easy on the body and tons of intensity..I usually do imax 3 and this was a great change...longer length and fun..no jumping..Don't get me wrong i love high intensity and jumping..it was great to do a workout without and plie squats (my all time hated exercise):D
 
I've definitely been pulling out some older and less-often-used workouts while waiting for the new series, especially those from the Body Blast and Intensity series. I did Supersets last night, the music was so fun! Anything to distract me from the waiting, I am really looking forward to the Low Impact series! :)
 
I did the 4DS BC/KB cardio premix yesterday. It is a lot of fun and just whizzes by because each of the drills is different. I also did CW last week. I'm leaning towards a mish mosh with the step segments from CTX tomorrow. Cathe is my friend and she doesn't even know it.:D

I did the MIS for the 2nd time oh men that thing always kick my butt!!! It is just hard as high reps! I had to press pause multiple times :-(
