Hey all! I know everbody here is sooo looking forward to the new series, but alas, I will be out of the "Cathe" type intensity for awhile....boo hoo. I never bought any videos BC(before Cathe) so I do not have anything but her wonderful, tough workouts, and now I am looking around trying to find something to do after the initial recovery time after my surgery. Does anybody have any suggestions? A low impact favorite? And perhaps a beginning weight workout that will not be too boring? Thanks a bunch! Donna.
