Recommended hand positions for CTS

Hi!

I have mild carpal tunnel, and would like to know how others have adjusted their workouts. For example, I find that extending my thumbs when holding weights helps. I especially need advise for tricep dips & pushups, which put a lot of stress on my wrists.

Hi Kathy! For dips and push ups you can use push up handle bars or you can do the exercises with your hands on dumbbells to keep your wrist more vertical. Good Luck!
