Recommended Daily Allowances?

Does anyone know the recommended daily allowances for the following:

Total Fat
Saturated Fat
Cholesterol
Sodium
Carbs
Protein
Sugar
Fiber


I'm want to try something different (used to do WW points system - but stuck at plateau). So I'd like to count cals and the above.

My stats:
Age: 31
Wt: 139
Goal Wt: 128
Ht: 5ft
Pretty muscular in the legs
Workout: Cardio 3-4 times a week. Weight 2 times a week sometimes 3.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

I was going to start with 1500 cals a day. Yesterday I ate 1615 and wasn't really starving. So I think this will work.
