Recipe Builder w/ nutrition stats ?

Does anyone know of a recipe builder that I can input one of my own recipes then have it give the nutritional info for that recipe ?

Anyone know of any websites for this ?

Also I am doing BFL and I am finding a hard time with dinner meals, I am getting sick of chicken.
