Great! You will never regret. Actually, our suite is in Bavaro complex though what we booked was Dominicana. But we only can eat either Dominicana or Punta Cana. The food was excellent. We were there a week, so we were guarrantteed that we could eat in 3 restaurants. We chose Seafood Restaurant, Steak Restaurant and Goumet Restaurant. Since our little one is only 18 mos., he did not want to stay quiet in the restaurants. We could not really enjoy the resaurants. But their buffets are excellent. They even have one counter called Health Bar, all low fat stuff.
They also have fitness center, you can run either in beach or treadmill. They provide step classes, too.
The resorts are very family oriented. They have kids club accepting any kids older than 2 years old. They provide whole day activities.
Kids stay there for free. But our little is still too young, and our old one is 8 year old, she wanted to stay with us. Every night starting 8:00pm, there is kid show. Those kids from kids club performed there, followed by adult shows.
Be aware though, I gained 8lbs for one week stay.;( You can pick up drinks and snack everywhere. Dangerous!!:+
The beach is really nice, white sand. The weather is perfect, around high 80s during the day and cool off during the night. It is not that humid like we were that summer. We did not even turn on a/c at night.
The complexes layout are very nice, has oriental style path, and water gardens. It was close to Xmas time, they lit up all trees. Oh, you can see many birds. My kids love to chase them.
It is interesting, there were more Europeans than North Americans.
