I made this for breakfast today, and it was so good I just wanted to share.

Blueberry Crepes
3 egg whites
3 tbls bran cereal (I used All Bran)
2 packs of sweet n low
1/4 tsp vanilla ext.
1 tbls vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp coco ext.
Mix together in bowl. Cook in skillet.
1/2 cup blueberries on top and sugar free syrup.
