rebounders

For those of you who incorporate rebounders, I have a couple questions. I'm thinking of getting one since it wd be kinder on my knees. My questions:

How do you incorporate these into your Cathe workouts? For example if you use it for the Imaxes, do you have it at the ready to jump on during the high impact?

Do you think it gives as good a workout as without? My DH thinks that it would, considering that it wd. absorb energy. But I'm thinking it would make all those jumps a lot easier.

Is it big enough to do, for example the jumps from IMax 3 #10?

Is it necessary to buy the urban rebounder for 119.00 or are cheaper versions ok?

TIA

I have a rebounder and I thought I would use it alot, but unfortunately have not. That said I use it when I do Kick Max and do the Blast Challenge on it(there's 2 of them I do on the floor because they are low impact). I also do MIC on it the HI/Lo portion. I will do the warm up and low impact on the floor and then do the HI section on the rebounder. Some of Cathe's moves are a little too fast for the rebounder so I just try the same move but not as many. I can do a great tuck jump on it and really feel it in my abs later in the day.
I did get Tracie Long's G Force and like that WO.
I have never used the rebounder for the Imaxes, but I think I might try just doing the blast parts on it, and the rest on the step. I have found doing more cross training and using the rebounder and I have a bosu (which I love!) has really saved my knees. I only do step 1-2 times a week. And I can do the Imaxes but only one a week.

I'm not sure if it would be big enough for Interval 3, but maybe you modify or make up something else, also the "Bon Jovi " blast I forget which interval I'm not sure how you could do that on a rebounder??
Any suggestions out there?
