Rebounder workout?

Cathe - have you ever considered doing a workout video for the rebounder? I have adapted some of your hi/lo workouts to the rebounder and it works pretty well. I have bad ankles (tendonitis) and can't do too much high impact, but I love the fun factor of hi/lo. Just a suggestion. Thanks, Julia
 
Julia, if you haven't already, you might want to post this in the 'Suggestions for Upcoming Videos" forum (down at the bottom of the list of forums).

I've sometimes adapted MIC to the rebounder.

I think a rebounder workout from Cathe would be great! She could do moves like in MIC or KM, but those of us who don't like that much impact can enjoy the workouts 'all out" as well.
 
hi julia.........i have previously posted this idea in the forum that kathryn referred to..........but you should go do it too...nothing like a little gang up on our pal cathe}( ...i agree that cathe rebounder workouts would be awesome
