By the way, leg presses are the same as "step-ups/step downs" You use a tall step, say 12-14", and you literally step up & down with either a barbell or holding dumbells. Keep the weight in your heels, step up/down slow & controlled, and you will most definitely feel it from your calves up through your quads, hamstrings & glutes. Cathe incorporates these moves in Pure Strength/Legs & Abs. They are very effective.
