Rear Delt Raises

I prefer to do rear delt raises standing as opposed to sitting. I still bend at the hips, contract the abs, and try to keep the shoulders back and down. Is there any benefit I am missing by not doing these seated (as in some of your videos)? I am 5'10" and feel like my height is what makes these more comfortable for me to do standing. Who knows!

Thanks for your input and, of course, your awesome workouts!

Hi Nancy! You can do them effectively either seated or standing. In addition to the form pointers that you mention, you also want to be sure not to use momentum while lifting the arms. Take Care!
