I'm no dummy...Basic Step and Body Fusion it will be...always start from the beginning!! Although I also have Legs and Glutes that came with KP&C, and I also have Low Impact Step and Total Body Sculpting.

Now THAT'S vanity sizing! :+

Jerry, if you're a real man, you'll try MIC first.....;-) I triple dog dare you!

Next thing you know, I'll be putting my tongue on frozen metal, right...All in good time...I love a challenge, but need to be smart as my knees aren't in the greatest shape after years of landscaping.

I love the Christmas Story, too... All day marathon every Christmas Day!

ETA Jerry, my DH uses my step to workout since his knees have decided he can no longer run. He pops in a movie or Seifeld and makes up his own steps.

Robin, does the step bother your husband's knees at all? I have had issues with my knees in the past (running is definitely out for me!) and noticed that my knees hurt yesterday after doing LIS.

Jill, sorry I missed this earlier. No, stepping is much easier on his knees. He only does moves that are easy on his knees though. Pretty basic up and down, side to side at a fairly high intensity.

Thanks! I think that I will just learn more modifying moves the more I do. But I do find the step workouts to be a lot of fun!

Jerry, I started with Basic Step. Once I got that down I switched to Low Impact Step (both with just the step and no risers) and once I get the moves down for that one I will move on to Low Max :)

I'm looking forward to being able to do a whole step workout without tripping over my feet!

>I can't help but ask - Four, Six or Eight inches, Jerry?

Now, now, size doesn't matter. ;)

DH used to take step classes with me way back when and he would pick up the choreography before me.
