Reach; upbeat toning and flexability[anyone try it?]

I love it. I try to fit it into my routine on a regular basis. It has done great things for my core strength, balance and flexibility. It is easily adapted to your fitness level. If you go all out with it you will definately feel "worked-out." I think it has a pretty high fun factor too.
 
I tried it this weekend and loved it for those interested in increasing flexability w/ added toning. I think it's a good workout.
