Hi, I was wondering if anybody knew if the DVD version of The Firm: Body Sculpting Basics with Susan Harris (Firm 1) has any special features ( chaptering, premixes, etc.) on it or if it is the same version as the vhs version. Thanks. }(

If I had to hazzard a guess, I'd say it's probably not chaptered...I have only heard of one Firm dvd being chaptered at all: Super Cardio Mix...I could be wrong ofcourse...:)

I thought this as well but I thought I would ask someone who has it on dvd. So anyone who has this one on dvd can you please let me know, thanks.

Ahhh, but you MUST have a copy on DVD just in case your VHS wears out! That's my thinking anyway!

(Of course, I have TWO copies on VHS as well! :7 )

"Lower body splït" and "Super cardio mix" are the only two Firm DVD's that are chaptered (they are some of the first Firm workouts that came out). I've never seen any others that are chaptered. (And that "play" option on the opening screen is really annoying, because it's the ONLY option).

As far as I know, Goodtimes doesn't chapter ANY workouts anymore.

I guess they decided that people would buy the workouts whether or not they were chaptered, so why go to the bother and extra expense of doing something to help the consumer (especially since they have had extra expenses from putting out crappy first versions of some accessories, like the Fanny Lifter and the Box, and having to replace them!).
