Someone else asked, and I am asking, too. Will the stablility ball be required for these new workouts? Will someone be showing modifications? I'm seriously wondering, as I am not a fan of the stability ball. If someone will "offically" answer this, I will truly appreciate it, as I am waiting to preorder. Thanks!!!! Primrosecat
