Does anyone of you do Power Hour in the early mornings; like 4 or 5am. If so, what do you eat before doing this workout. I work out at 5 or 5:30 am, usually doing some form of cardio; never weights. And for me to do cardio first thing in the mornings, doesn’t require any kinds of foods, just orange juice.
However, my work schedule has changed, so that means, my workout rotation(s) has to change as well. I'm being forced to do weights in the morning (g) thanks, and sorry if I asked this before.
