? RE: Power Hour & Circuit Max

Hi All!

I have been reading a few reviews over at the VF site and I was wondering if Power Hour is tougher/harder than Circuit Max? Here's why I ask: I would like to do PH and CM in the same week. From the reviews PH sounds pretty tough, so I was thinking that my workout week should look like this:

Power Hour*
Cardio day
Cardio plus Abs
Circuit Max*
Cardio Day
Rest
Total body weight training session

What do you think? If PH is tougher I'd like to leave the schedule as is, if it's about the same then I guess the order wouldn't matter.

Power Hour and Circuit Max are both tough, but I would say CM is tougher. I think it's Cathe's toughest cardio tape, with Bodymax coming in a close second.

You may want at LEAST one of your cardio sessions to be walking, or something else not as high impact. I did Power Hour twice last week, and I was whipped at the end of the week. I had to take two rest days in a row, which I rarely ever do. I'd done PH twice, raced walked once, Power Max once, and Imax once, and that's all she wrote. I generally ALWAYS do four cardios in a week.

It just seemed from reading the reviews that Power Hour was tougher- 2 counts up and down, 3 up 1 down - sounds like a struggle to me!! I just wanted to be sure that I could do those two workouts plus one total body weight training session in one week without exhausting myself!
