Hi everyone ;o)

I was wondering what you guys think. Would it be to much to do Imax 2 tomorrow, after doing this on Friday, Imax 1 (5) & PLB and today I did Cardio Kicks & Great Abs?

I'm sitting here previewing Imax 2 and it looks like so much fun. After doing Imax 1 on Friday, I've decided it was time to take the next step. I'm really enjoying my IS, man oh man Cathe has out done herself.

I absolutely love PLB I do this one once or twice a week. I tried BC and hm.....not sure what I think about this one, except its hard. I'm going to try it again, as soon as I get the nerves <g>

I would leave several more days between Imax workouts. I've found that Imax 2 is more abusive to my lower legs, so maybe you could, for example do one Imax on a Sunday and another on a Friday. That would leave four non-Imax days in between.

I did Imax 2 earlier in the week, and Gauntlet on Friday, which has 6 Imax 2 segments, and my legs are complaining.

For what it's worth, take it or leave it.
 
Well, last week I did IMAX2 on Tuesday and IMAX1 on Thursday and had no problems. Everyone is different though. When I had once asked Cathe how she would recommend it, she said to do one on Monday and the other 2-3 days later. :) Susan
