I have been doing RTTC every Friday for the past 2 months and really like the results that I am seeing (I also do S&L on Sundays). I really like the high reps and lower weights (although I am finding that I am still doing squats with 24 lbs, which is more than I was with Cathe) and it seems to be doing well for my body. I have previewed 1000, but haven't done it yet. I am getting ready to work her out of my rotation only because it's been 2 months and I need to change it up a bit, but for me she's a keeper. BTW, I never fail to burn over 500 cal with each of either RTTC or S&L.
