Hi everyone (especially Snazzy)

I've just been looking at www.theelitephysique.com site and was wondering if the information contained in her e-books is actually different to that in Tom Venutos Burn the Fat e-book?

I have the latter so don't really want to end up paying for the same info.

Snazzy: your results are amazing - do you think this is down to anything specific offered from http://www.theelitephysique.com or have you got there through common sense? Did you download the e-books or get the personal training sessions?

TIA,
Andrea

I'm curious to know too if it's different than T. Venutos' Book! I'd kind of like to get "Iron Dolls", however I would like to know if the e-consultaions are better to get rather than the e-book.

Snazzy, which would you suggest?

HI! You know, I have BTFFM, but I never read the whole thing and it's been so long since I looked at it (not sure where it is on my computer even), I can't compare it to Iron Dolls for you. I do have Iron Dolls as well. I can tell you that Iron Dolls covers nutrition, but also tells you how to build muscle with weights. What exercises to perform, order to perform them in, what builds and what maintains. So if all that is in BTFFM, then they are the same. I honestly can't remember! Sorry!

What helped me were the e-consults, because when she prescribed my macros for me, if I didn't get results in a week, she would change it. Either hold my calories the same, but increase the protein and decrease the carbs, or vice versa until my body responded. If something works one week, she'll hold you there, and check stats next time.

Weekly you send in your weight and body fat%, so she can evaluate how you did. My diet was changing weekly based on those weekly results. Now that I'm "bulking" (I use the term loosely, because I'm leaner now than I was when I started bulking 3/26/05), my diet has remained pretty constant. I'll start cutting for my competition in about 4 weeks, and she'll really be changing things up weekly as needed to keep me losing the fat for competition.

For me, that's been the biggest help. I'll never fly blind with my own nutrition program again!!!! MsFit has helped tons of people prepare for competition, so she knows what it takes to maintain the muscle and remove the fat. There's no way I could have progressed as I have without the nutrition piece.

Hope I covered everything...I'll go back to the original question and re-read....

I think that covers it, LOL.

I'll be taking my 16 weeks out from competition photos at the end of next week, and posting them so you can see how it is possible to lean down and build muscle at the same time. I was amazed. This is my first time through this, so I'm not sure what to expect. I still have concerns that my tush won't make it in time for competition, LOL. But MsFit says not to worry, so I try not to! :)

Snazzy,

You look great! I've always seen your posts on Elite Physique but didn't know it was you. You must be so proud of your results thus far. I keep thinking if I should get some e-consultations with Ms. Fit. But just not sure yet.

But I just wanted to say congratulations on your accomplishments!

Sanchia

Thanks Sanchia! I really appreciate it!! I'm really happy! I've always wanted to compete, so I'm going for it with all that I have. I don't know if I'll do more than one...it takes SO MUCH focus. There's a lot less pressure to just look beach ready, LOL.

Thanks for your kind words!
