Hello Cathe and educated crowd,
Please clarify this for me. I did Cardio and Weights, Boot Camp, Gauntlet and Viper. During the strength segment, my heart rate went down to non-aerobic state. This is very different than Circuit Max... in CM, my heart rate stays up throughout the workout (although lower in the strength segment). I could see that in BC, my heart rate SHOULD be down for the core work (lying down). Should my heart rate be in-and-out of aerobic state? Is this normal? What kind of benefit do I get from stop-n-go aerobic (esp BC where my heart rate stays up for about 2 mins for each segment)? Is there anything I should do to keep it in the zone (I have already max out in upper body work)? BTW, your new workouts are AWESOME!
