Here's my response to my missing in action KPC:

In my experience, it is unusual for us to have a backorder item unavailable for so long. We are doing everything possible to expedite this delivery.

what does "doing everything" mean? they're cutting the DVDs themselves to help out??? I suspected nothing would happen, but I tried. Sigh. I still want it so I guess I'll just wait.
