I would also like a copy of your spreadsheet workout. Do you mind? my e-mail address is [email protected] I appreciate it. I said I was going to start BFL on Sat, but I didn't, got in my last sweets for the week <g> started today. I just ate my breakfast and getting ready for my workout.

Breakfast was; 1 pt of whole wheat oatmeal, 2 eggs & 1 cup of skim milk, snack: Myoplex drink, Lunch: tuna & veggie, fruit, Dinner: grilled chicken, yam & brown rice, S: fruit.

I don't have a scale so, I'm going to make sure servings are proportion to my fist.

This is good for me :) I'm going to really eat clean and continue doing Deb's TTR and see what happens in the next 2 weeks. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
