Razor follow-up

Wow! I used my new Mach3 razor today with the BikiniZone Anti-Irritation Shave Gel and, for the first time in my life, I got a super-close shave without any redness or bumps!

Those 3 blades on the Mach3 make a BIG difference, and the Shave Gel really eliminated the irritation! I also bought the BikiniZone creme to be used after shaving to eliminate bumps and redness, but I haven't used it yet, and I don't even think I'm going to need it.

I'm very impressed.

You know what? The Mach 3 used to work great for me, but then I started having the same issue with the bumps and a not-close-enough shave (even with frequent blade replacement). I wonder if my skin sensitivity has just changed over time. Recently, I switched to the Quattro and then tried the little Noxema razors as well as Bikini Zone, which helped only a little. So a co-worker has convinced this wuss to bite the bullet and go for a WAX! <shudders in fear>

I wish I could wax! But I can't bear having to grow my hair out. I'd rather have a lit cigar up my nose than grow my body hair long. I simply cannot tolerate it. One of these fine days, I'm going to just bite the bullet and get ready to empty my bank account for lasar hair removal. Till then, thank goodness for razor blades!

I was wondering how it all turned out for you, Nancy. I actually thought of you when I was climbing into the shower tonight and had to pick my Quattro off the floor (cat knocked it down).
