RAVE: To the Max!

It took me awhile to figure out my favorite between CrossFire and To the Max. I love them both so much! :eek: The moves, the music, the energy...it's just so awesome! I love me some Hiit and tabata, too. There is nothing like it to get me anaerobic and the endorphins flowing! :D Today I did TTM and I think I have to make it official...it's my favorite! Thank you Cathe for making these great workouts!
 
I love the EXTREME premixes of both of these workouts! I can't pick a favorite...tonight I'm slated for Crossfire...WAHOO :eek:!

I always liked to TTM more because it utilizes my precious step. I love my step :D.
 
:eek: I always feel like...just get me through this 30/20 Hiit, dig deep..find the Happy Place! :p That section is killer! I love it! :D
 
I just previewed CF, which looks easier than TTM to me. But I'll know for sure after I do CF for the first time on Sunday. I can't wait.
 
I love TTM , it's my favorite. Love the the step parts too:)

Especially the step tabata!
CF scares me only done it once or twice:eek: all I remember is thinking I made it I'm done were stretching!!!
And then Cathe comes back and says, alright, get ready we have a plyo tabata :eek::eek:

I did TTM tonight and it was bad this time around. The 7 min solid step normally is a dread factor for me and everything else I can handle but tonight the whole thing was awesome, got throught it no problem.

I do think CF is easier but I love them both, the music really helps me so hopefully in the new series we will get more of that.
