So, here's another justification for owning all my fitness equipment.;)

I had to substitute and use dumbbells instead of my barbell for STS Legs because my son was using my barbell weights for his trebuchet (high school physics project).
 
Yep, you never know when your bonus fitness equipment will come in handy! Yesterday I didn't feel like hoisting a heavy barbell over my head for my leg work, but I also didn't want to hold heavy dumbbells. So, I compromised by using my Cathe 20lb weighted vest with moderately heavy dumbbells. I don't use my weighted vest that much, but I love it and it made the workout more fun because it just felt different (which is always a good thing when doing a LEG workout!).
 
Totally justified! My dumbbells have been used as door stops and to weight things down after repair with glue......you just never know! To my knowledge, I'm the only one in the house who actually uses them for their deigned purpose.....
