I pre-ordered the DVDs and I am also in physical therapy - for herniated discs in my neck and a tear in my rotator cuff. Last ditch epidural steroid injections and more PT before I make the "surgery" decision. I am not looking forward to having a piece of cadaver fibula fused into my neck and then held in place with a plate and screws. I can't wait to get back to the gym. :-(
