Quick Question

Hi everyone! I have quick question, as usual. In some posts by others I have read that Imax and MIC are good cardio DVDs. I am an advanced exerciser who loves Cathe's high intensity stuff, my favorite being the blast only from Imax 3. Here is my question: how is the intensity in these workouts? How do they compare to other workouts like Imax 3, blast challenge from KM, Drill Max cardio only, or Imax 2 blasts. In the ultimate guide to Cathe's workouts it gives MIC I think only a 6.3 but the posts say this is a good workout. I pre-ordered Cath'e new series, but am still interested in these two. Any input would be great! Thanks!! :p

I think you would enjoy this DVD very much, if you go for the highest intensity that Cathe has to offer. MIC is nonstop hi impact hi/lo and then step, and there is no let down. Imax is probably the next step down from Imax 3 in the sense that the choreography is more basic and there is more recovery time between blasts, but I would rate it next to Imax 3 in intensity. Since these are older workouts you are not going to get the variety of premixes, but 3 workouts for that cost is good in my book.
 
I ditto all of the comments from Conni! MIC and Imax are old but NOT outdated. These two workouts are timeless, sweatmakers which are well worth the mula.
